Tea At A Good Friends Table
Tea at A Good Friend’s Table is a brunch fundraiser benefiting the Abilene Preservation League.
Hosts purchase and style a table with their own special china while guests enjoy brunch by Circa 1880. Featuring Weddings Through the Decades, wedding attire from the 1880s to today will be displayed, with historical insights shared in partnership with ACU Department of History and Global Studies and The Grace Museum.

Abilene Courts Car Show
Bring out the classic cars for our first annual Abilene Courts Father’s Day Car Show Fundraiser.
bask in the sun with us as we showcase cars from the travel era during the rise of automobile travel between the 1930’s-1970’s. We’ll be taking a trip down memory lane of our vintage Motor Court, the first hotel travelers would see as they drove into Abilene along the Bankhead Highway.
All donations go directly towards the reconstruction of the Abilene Courts structure. Be sure to join us for food, family and fun.

Abilene Railroad Festival
This fall, the 3rd Annual Abilene Railroad Festival will be returning to the Texas & Pacific Railway cultural district corridor of North First street.
Our goal of this community wide event is to remind our city of its history with the railroad industry by providing unique involvement, subject specific presentations and incorporate introductory, family friendly interactive engagement that also values the perspective of railroad enthusiasts.
