Heritage Stewardship Awards
You're Invited! Tuesday, May 5, 2009
Luncheon - 11:45 a.m. - Hunter Welcome Center - ACU
The Abilene Preservation League will honor Tittle Luther Partnership for a lifetime of firm achievement in architecture and preservation. APL will also present awards for the best residential and commercial examples of preservation. Proceeds benefit the preservation work of the APL, including the 1910 Swenson House and 1903 Rosetyme, the J.D. Magee home that was the first in Abilene to feature running water and electricity.

The firm being honored is celebrating its 52nd year in business. While founding partners Jimmy Tittle and Jack Luther could have started their practice anywhere, they wanted to work from Abilene. The firm has received both commissions and honors from around the state and nation. In 2003 TLP was presented the Texas Society of Architects' highest firm award, recognizing outstanding contributions to architecture, the profession and the community. Come join us for lunch on May 5th as we celebrate excellence.
